Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARMCX3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARMCX3 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ARMCX3 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARMCX3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUSC show a favorable association.
UCEC, BLCA, and LUAD are the cancer types where ARMCX3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
