Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARMCX1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARMCX1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ARMCX1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARMCX1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCEC, OV, and LUAD are the cancer types where ARMCX1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
