ARMCX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMCX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,087 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMCX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT2, KANK2, and TNS1_S1393. Each is linked with ARMCX1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMCX1-to-partner and partner-to-ARMCX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARMCX1 versus FERMT2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMCX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMCX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
