ARMCX1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMCX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,814 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMCX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BEX4, ARMCX2, and RAB40A. Each is linked with ARMCX1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMCX1-to-partner and partner-to-ARMCX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARMCX1 versus BEX4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMCX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMCX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
