ARMCX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMCX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,589 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMCX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VPS33B, RNA5SP416, and CD164L2. Each is linked with ARMCX1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMCX1-to-partner and partner-to-ARMCX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VPS33B grouped by ARMCX1-low versus ARMCX1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMCX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMCX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
