The most reproducible ARMCX1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lipoprotein biosynthetic process, Positive regulation of cell-substrate junction organization, and Positive regulation of protein localization to mitochondrion. Each is linked with ARMCX1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMCX1-to-partner and partner-to-ARMCX1 results are reported.
