Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARMC9 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARMC9 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher ARMC9 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARMC9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
SARC, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ARMC9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
