ARMC9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARMC9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGM6, KCNK18, and OR5H6. Each is linked with ARMC9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC9-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TGM6 grouped by ARMC9-low versus ARMC9-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
