ARMC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMC6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, JNK_pT183_Y185, and p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182. Each is linked with ARMC6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC6-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by ARMC6-low versus ARMC6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
