Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARMC5 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARMC5 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher ARMC5 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARMC5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, PDAC, and LUAD are the cancer types where ARMC5 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
