Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARMC4P1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARMC4P1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ARMC4P1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARMC4P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and UCEC are the cancer types where ARMC4P1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
