ARMC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMC3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Cyclin-B1, and PCNA. Each is linked with ARMC3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC3-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by ARMC3-low versus ARMC3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
