ARMC10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMC10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,609 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMC10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PUS7, CDK5, and SEPTIN1. Each is linked with ARMC10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC10-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARMC10 versus PUS7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
