Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMC10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 129 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARMC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1020P, HMGB1P18, and NUDT4P2. Each is linked with ARMC10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC10-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1020P grouped by ARMC10-low versus ARMC10-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
