Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMC10 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ T-cells, CD8+ Tem, and CD4+ memory T-cells. Each is linked with ARMC10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC10-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC10 results are reported.
