Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,361 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-980P, RN7SL470P, and CASKP1. Each is linked with ARMC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC1-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC1 results are reported.
