Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARMC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,578 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARMC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition, Regulation of mitotic centrosome separation, and Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation. Each is linked with ARMC1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMC1-to-partner and partner-to-ARMC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition grouped by ARMC1-low versus ARMC1-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
