ARLNC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARLNC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,737 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARLNC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CMC2, CDYL2, and ZUP1. Each is linked with ARLNC1 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARLNC1-to-partner and partner-to-ARLNC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARLNC1 versus CMC2 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARLNC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARLNC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
