Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARLNC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,874 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARLNC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial RNA modification, Mitochondrial RNA metabolic process, and Pore complex assembly. Each is linked with ARLNC1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARLNC1-to-partner and partner-to-ARLNC1 results are reported.
