The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ARL6IP6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARL6IP6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and BRCA are the cancer types where ARL6IP6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
