Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARL6IP5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARL6IP5 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ARL6IP5 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARL6IP5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ARL6IP5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
