Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARL6IP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,762 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARL6IP5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of L-glutamate import across plasma membrane, Regulation of amino acid import across plasma membrane, and Regulation of amino acid transmembrane transport. Each is linked with ARL6IP5 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL6IP5-to-partner and partner-to-ARL6IP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of L-glutamate import across plasma membrane grouped by ARL6IP5-low versus ARL6IP5-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
