The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher ARL6IP4 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARL6IP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC are the cancer types where ARL6IP4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
