The most reproducible ARL6IP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, and Methylglyoxal metabolic process. Each is linked with ARL6IP4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL6IP4-to-partner and partner-to-ARL6IP4 results are reported.
