The most reproducible ARL6IP1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial fission, Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition, and Positive regulation of chromosome organization. Each is linked with ARL6IP1P1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL6IP1P1-to-partner and partner-to-ARL6IP1P1 results are reported.
