ARL6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,801 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPIB, IFT74, and IFT22. Each is linked with ARL6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL6-to-partner and partner-to-ARL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARL6 versus PPIB in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
