Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, JNK2, and p90 RSK_pT359_S363. Each is linked with ARL6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL6-to-partner and partner-to-ARL6 results are reported.
