Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARL6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,575 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to non-motile cilium, Protein localization to cilium, and Regulation of microtubule-based process. Each is linked with ARL6 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL6-to-partner and partner-to-ARL6 results are reported.
