Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARL5AP3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ARL5AP3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher ARL5AP3 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARL5AP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and KIRC show a favorable association.

UCS, COAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where ARL5AP3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
