Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARL4C mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARL4C data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher ARL4C mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARL4C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

CCRCC, PDAC, and GBM are the cancer types where ARL4C mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
