ARL4C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL4C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,943 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL4C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM47, CRTAP, and FKBP9. Each is linked with ARL4C in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL4C-to-partner and partner-to-ARL4C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL4C→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL4C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
