ARL4C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARL4C RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,236 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL4C-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGA3, FLNA, and MICAL2. Each is linked with ARL4C in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL4C-to-partner and partner-to-ARL4C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL4C→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL4C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
