Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARL2BPP8 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ARL2BPP8 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher ARL2BPP8 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARL2BPP8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.

CESC, ACC, and UCEC are the cancer types where ARL2BPP8 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
