The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher ARL2BPP5 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARL2BPP5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THCA, UCS, and PAAD are the cancer types where ARL2BPP5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
