Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARL2BPP3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ARL2BPP3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher ARL2BPP3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARL2BPP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

READ, PAAD, and BRCA are the cancer types where ARL2BPP3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
