Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARL2BPP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ARL2BPP1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ARL2BPP1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARL2BPP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC, ACC, and STAD are the cancer types where ARL2BPP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
