ARL2BP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL2BP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,358 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL2BP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBL2, MTPN, and MBTPS1. Each is linked with ARL2BP in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL2BP-to-partner and partner-to-ARL2BP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARL2BP versus RBL2 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL2BP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL2BP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
