ARL17B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL17B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,042 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL17B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Obsolete regulation of dosage compensation by inactivation of X chromosome, DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Obsolete ncRNA export from nucleus. Each is linked with ARL17B in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL17B-to-partner and partner-to-ARL17B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL17B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL17B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
