ARL16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 214 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL16-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED15P6, ACTR6P1, and CDKN2AIPNLP2. Each is linked with ARL16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL16-to-partner and partner-to-ARL16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL16→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
