Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL14EPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,614 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL14EPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX47, NARF-IT1, and KHDC4. Each is linked with ARL14EPP1 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL14EPP1-to-partner and partner-to-ARL14EPP1 results are reported.
