Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARL11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARL11 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher ARL11 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARL11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD show a favorable association.

LGG, SARC, and COAD are the cancer types where ARL11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
