ARL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 531 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGBD4P2, MIR4774, and RNU2-28P. Each is linked with ARL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL1-to-partner and partner-to-ARL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGBD4P2 grouped by ARL1-low versus ARL1-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
