ARL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,428 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM263, ERLEC1, and TMTC3. Each is linked with ARL1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL1-to-partner and partner-to-ARL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARL1 versus TMEM263 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
