Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,161 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, and Regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with ARL1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL1-to-partner and partner-to-ARL1 results are reported.
