ARIH2OS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARIH2OS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,657 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARIH2OS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIAA1143, EPM2AIP1, and PSIP1. Each is linked with ARIH2OS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARIH2OS-to-partner and partner-to-ARIH2OS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARIH2OS→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARIH2OS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
