ARIH2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARIH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,376 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARIH2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are QRICH1, DCAF1, and SETD2. Each is linked with ARIH2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARIH2-to-partner and partner-to-ARIH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARIH2 versus QRICH1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARIH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARIH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
