ARIH2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARIH2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,535 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARIH2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IMPDH2, GEMIN5, and ANK1. Each is linked with ARIH2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARIH2-to-partner and partner-to-ARIH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARIH2 versus IMPDH2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARIH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARIH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
