ARIH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARIH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 938 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARIH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4510, AUP1, and SLC17A5. Each is linked with ARIH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARIH2-to-partner and partner-to-ARIH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4510 grouped by ARIH2-low versus ARIH2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARIH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARIH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
