ARIH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARIH2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARIH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bcl-2, GAPDH, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with ARIH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARIH2-to-partner and partner-to-ARIH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bcl-2 grouped by ARIH2-low versus ARIH2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARIH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARIH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
