ARIH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARIH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARIH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSG1L2, GML, and C9. Each is linked with ARIH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARIH2-to-partner and partner-to-ARIH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSG1L2 grouped by ARIH2-low versus ARIH2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARIH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARIH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
